What is your Shipping Policy?
I want you to receive your purchase as quickly as possible so you can begin enjoying your art. If you are ordering a framed print, most are shipped within 3 Business-Days. If you are ordering a work on Canvas, most are shipped within 6 Business-Days.
Next day and 2-day express shipping options are available; but are not included in my free shipping offer.
All International Orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.
Has COVID-19 effected your production and transit times?
The current COVID-19 pandemic has effected the production time for any non-original work of art. Because of social distancing within the production facility, please expect a 5 to 7 Calendar Day delay.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
I want you to love my work as much as my collectors do!
If you have purchased an Original and wish to return it, I will issue a refund if it is returned to me undamaged within 14-days. Please contact email@example.com to initiate such a Return.
Because Prints and Printed Canvases are produced on demand by my vendor, I can only provide a replacement or refund in the case of printing quality or damage. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to attach a picture of the damaged or poor quality print. Such requests must be initiated within 14-calendar days of receipt.
